The position

Job description

The MANGOPAY Academy is recruiting a Knowledge and Content Specialist to support the delivery of our content strategy in 2021. The Academy's goal is to support the success of Mangopay through the creation and curation of content for internal and external audiences. This person will be a curious and proactive, with experience in creating, sharing and measuring the impact of written information both internally and externally.

As you’ll be preparing content for our international audiences, fluency in French and English is required and other European languages are a bonus.

The day-to-day role will involve content creation, copywriting and managing translations for external audiences. The Knowledge and Content Specialist will also partner with teams from across the business to make internal content as accessible as possible. This person will be required to work across several projects at once, whilst producing high quality work in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

Content Curation:

  • Improve the accuracy and accessibility of internal content

  • Implement processes relating to the storage, sharing and accessing of internal content

  • Drive the adoption of internal content library and internal resources

  • Report on engagement and utilisation of internal content resources

  • Partner with business areas to identify content needs across MANGOPAY

  • Identify content gaps and partner with teams to create relevant content

Content Creation:

  • Initiate projects and partner with other teams on projects to improve our product, communicate externally, and improve our internal processes

  • Identify, research and redact original content to communicate key information to our clients

  • Process content requests on a weekly basis, partnering with stakeholders from teams across the business such as Product, Marketing and Compliance


Preferred experience

  • Experience in content management for an internal audience

  • Ability to report on internal audience engagement and adoption

  • Ability to deliver SEO centric writing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at one

  • Curiosity and an ability to research and understand key concepts quickly

  • Interest in optimising internal processes and knowledge distribution

  • Outstanding command of written English and French as you need to be able to write original content in both languages. Other European languages are a bonus!
