What you will do

As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a highly motivated persons willing to learn with our Luxembourg cash management team.

The role offers valuable strategic and hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain new skills in a fast-paced, young and thriving sector. You will be at the heart of the FinTech, sharing economy and new e-commerce industries. You will be able to benefit from stimulating projects and get exposure to a broad range of topics in the payment industry.

OVERVIEW
The main tasks of the employee will be, as a member of the Financial Team, to take part in the payment process and relation with our banks in close relationship with our Finance Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Banking

• Perform daily follow up on liquidity status of the different bank accounts, as the first layer of the business activity control,
• Be the front interface of the Finance department with our banks.

Cash Flow

• Execute transfers in various currencies and environments
• Maintain the database up to date with requested and executed payments
• Provide the Finance Support Team with information about inward and outward payments

Participate to the company’s transformation projects (internal tools and solutions, banking solutions developments) as part of its expansion

• You have a good command of English
• You have an experience within the Back-Office department will be an advantage .
• You know how to be proactive and are willing to learn
• You know how to be stress resilient, comfortable with high volume of activity with deadlines
