As a Talent Sourcer, you'll be a part of our amazing People team, dedicated to proactively identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying top-tier talents to fuel our growth within the French & Global market. You'll leverage creative sourcing strategies and develop expertise in attracting high-potential candidates, contributing directly to building our successful teams in France and abroad.

Key responsibilities ✨

Sourcing of Talents:

- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates (mostly sales profiles) across various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, industry events, and niche platforms.

- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the population you’re recruiting for, including different roles, skill sets, and industry trends.

- Proactively research and explore new and innovative sourcing methodologies to reach passive candidates.

- Leverage Boolean search, advanced LinkedIn techniques, and other sourcing tools to build targeted candidate pools.

CV Screening and Application Sorting:

- Efficiently review and assess incoming applications against defined role requirements and identify promising profiles.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress within our ATS (Lever).Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates as needed.

Candidate Engagement and Outreach:

- Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates and pique their interest in opportunities at Malt.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.

- Effectively communicate our company's employer value proposition and the exciting opportunities within our teams.

Pre-Qualification and Initial Assessment:

- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, motivations, and cultural fit against the specific roles.

- Present qualified candidates with comprehensive profiles and screening summaries to the Recruitment team.

Building Talent Pipelines:

- Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines of high-potential professionals for current and future hiring needs.

- Map the talent market and identify key target companies and individuals.

- Engage with passive candidates over time to build rapport and maintain their interest.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements and target candidate profiles.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline, and market insights.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sourcing and recruitment processes.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 1 to 3  years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, or as a Sales.
  • Native level in French & fluent in English
  • A passion for identifying and connecting with top talent.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in finding candidates in competitive markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
