Malt, the leader in freelancing in Europe, which has just acquired COMATCH (a closed network of more than 16,000 consultants and high-level experts), is looking for its next talent as part of an end-of-study internship (or the second part of a césure) in the Consulting & Transition Management team of the Sourcing department (strategy, management and organization consulting and transition management)

Key responsibilities ✨:

  • Daily support of the Consulting & Transition Manager team of the Sourcing department in the search and identification of consultants within the COMATCH & Malt networks to meet customer needs
  • Participating in client meetings in the context of defining the needs (accompanying the client in defining his needs for external support)
  • Preparation of answers and creation of commercial proposals: exchange with the consultants and experts of the network, composition and formatting of commercial proposals, support for project follow-up, preparation of customer presentations
  • Participation in the organization of events to animate the COMATCH network
  • Preparation of presentations to support the commercial offer and participation in customer meetings with key accounts with the sales team
  • Market studies and research work related to consulting activities
  • Cross-functional projects with other departments of the company (Product/Tech, Marketing, HR)

    • About you 🧑‍🚀:

  • You are enrolled in a business school or similar and are looking for a gap year or end of study internship from June/July 2023 for a period of 6 months
  • First professional experiences (internships), ideally in consulting or in a start-up with a strong customer orientation
  • You speak native-level French and have a good level of English it's essential to be able to communicate with an international team
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • First call with Lucie (our Talent Acquisition Specialist), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (20 minutes)
  • Business case (60 minutes) followed by an interview with Gaëtan Bibard to discuss your experience and the position in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Last round with Tom Boutrand, Head of Sourcing
  • Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in June/July 2023 !
