In your position as Recruitment Account Executive you will be the voice of Dutch-speaking freelancers and clients to improve the Malt product and services in the Netherlands. You will be part of our Project Partnering department which is in charge of building bridges between clients and freelancers on our matching platform.

You will report directly to our Head of Sales (Netherlands) and will be based in the Amsterdam office.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Find the best freelancers to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong project partner for the clients due to your insights on the freelance market, the rates charged, skills and expectations of freelancers in the required jobs
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and proactively build solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner 
  • Advise your clients on writing strong briefings to attract the best freelancers
  • Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the most suited ones. You are an expert for the Malt algorithm and are responsible for winning the opportunities that sales creates.
  • Correct and train the algorithm on your jobs to help it find and contact the best freelancers 
  • Advise freelancers to build a powerful profile and train them of good interviewing practices 
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Previous experience in a sales and/or recruitment position
  • Experience in IT recruitment consulting is a plus 
  • Rigorous and reliable, you are a trusted partner for your clients and colleagues
  • Organised, attention to detail, structured
  • Ambitious and motivated to go above and beyond your own goals and add value to your organization 
  • You like challenges and finding new ways to work in a continuous improvement process 
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong drive, who possess the skills of a true hunter
