As our HR Operations / People Experience Specialist in our Berlin-office, you will be the primary point of contact for all HR administrative matters for the DACH Region. You will be working with the DACH-colleagues and as part of a global People Experience team to increase efficiency and responsiveness in HR operations, and maintain accurate data and documents. We are looking for a caring and motivated individual, who values teamwork, employee satisfaction and experience and who is eager to implement and improve processes.

  • Provide a best in class HR service for managers and employees in our DACH region and manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle - from onboarding new colleagues to handling offboardings.
  • Answer and coordinate incoming HR-questions and tickets and provide advice on and ensure compliance of people policies and procedures.
  • Draft employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation, and maintain the employment records and data in our HRIS and physically.
  • Prepare and coordinate our payroll with the external providers and the Finance team and act as primary point of contact for other partners, e.g., health insurances, benefit providers, and the employment agency.
  • Provide reports, support the Global People Experience colleagues when required, and participate in international and cross-team projects.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • More than 2.5 years of experience in a similar role in HR administration - with some experience in payroll management with external partners
  • Passionate people person with fluent English and German communication skills 
  • Self-organized and with strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with MS-Office (esp. Excel) and experience in the work with HRIS (e.g. Bamboo HR); further experience with e.g. google workspace or JIRA would be a plus
