Job description

Talent development - ensure every Malter can reach their full potential

  • Collaborate with Malt Leaders and HR to develop and implement performance and talent management programs and tools
  • Build career paths for all teams, giving clear line of sight on expectations and growth opportunities
  • Lead talent calibration and performance reviews across Malt
  • Ensure follow up on campaigns and actions plans associated
  • Identify internal and external best practices related to management, coaching and developing talent
  • Create comprehensive salary benchmarks for each role
  • Own the Talent Development KPI’s, monitoring the effectiveness of the different programs

School relations - help Malt recruit the best students

  • Partner with a small number of business schools
  • Propose new and innovative ways to engage with student talents
  • Build a graduate program to identify and attract top students to Malt

Preferred experience

About you
8 years experience in an international environment
Pragmatic and close to the business, able to be a trusted advisor to senior leaders
Proven experience in talent management
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Fluent english, a second european language (ideally french, spanish or german) would be an advantage
Proficient in karaoke
