As Malt is scaling up fast, we are looking for new talents to join the Freelance Performance Department. In short, the responsibility of the department is that we attract, activate and engage a performant supply of top talents to match the demand of our clients. 

As a global project manager, you will play a key role in shaping up the department at a global level and become a central point for the ~30 people composing the department. 

Key responsibilities ✨

You will work directly with the Director of Freelance Performance, across a variety of missions. It will include the build-up and implementation of critical projects until the last mile, the monitoring of programs’ performance and the review of the business performance with local leaders. You will be in particular responsible for:

> Building up global programs for our freelancers along their journey in order to improve freelance acquisition, activation, engagement and retention. Programs also include the identification of new business opportunities sourced through our most active freelancers (e.g., referral programs)

> Supporting local leaders across Europe in their key projects : 

- Adapt global program to local specificities, monitor results and co-build improvement levers with local leaders

- Frame and run pilots in countries, and spread successful pilots across Europe

> Define best business practices and build KPIs to pilot the performance of business teams

> Conducting complex cross-functional projects with Data and Product to tackle business teams’ core challenges (e.g., identification of main gaps in supply across Europe)

> Becoming a driving force in the definition and consolidation of the roadmap of the department at global and country level

> Defining and tracking key results of the Department across Europe (e.g., # of freelancers currently staffed on a project); deep-dive on variations to identify improvement levers and frame corrective actions

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 5 years of experience, preferably with a background in consulting or senior project management roles
  • Data-empowered, able to run analysis and derive business insights from them
  • Able to work in a complex multi-stakeholder environment with different backgrounds (Data, Product, Business)
  • Able to do “smart influencing” and connect efficiently with stakeholders of all seniority
  • Ability to frame, run and conduct projects in a global environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full English proficiency
  • Fluent French and/or German is a plus
  • The role can be based in Paris, Berlin or Munich
