The Finance mission is to put Malt in a good position to reach its profitability ambition while maintaining a high growth. To do so, we (1) support the business with value-added analysis to make the best possible decisions, (2) facilitate and consolidate the forecasting and budgeting processes and (3) set up and maintain internal control processes, including reporting of our financials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities ✨

Managing monthly closing (D+6) in collaboration with FP&A team

Implementing and monitoring comprehensive accounting processes

Supervising the annual audit control on the 3 main entities and the consolidation with the dedicated accounting firm

Supervising the relationship with the external accounting firms 

Managing the expenses and invoicing tool (Spendesk)

Collaborating with Client Ops team on collection actions and PSP wallets follow-up

Collaborating with the Engineering and Product teams regarding the developments linked to invoicing and revenue recognition

Manage a team of 5 people providing guidance, coaching, and training to develop their skills and expertise

About you :

- Interview with Jenifer (current Head of Accounting) to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role

- Interview with Alexander (Head of Client Operations) to discuss the global Finance organization and interactions with other teams

- Final interview with Hugo (CFO) to discuss the expectations around the role and Malt’s long-term vision
