Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new IT Support Apprentice.

Reporting to our IT Support Manager, you will join the IT team

What you will do :

  • Manage, maintain and integrate a variety of SaaS tools

  • Troubleshooting and administering OSX / Chromebook

  • Manage Network via Unifi

  • Onboarding new employees, including setup of systems

  • Creation or updates of documentation

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues


  • You are in the right place if :

  • You are looking for a one year apprenticeship starting September 2022

  • You have at least one internship experience on a similar position


  • And it’s a plus if :

  • Knowledge with Kandji

  • Experience in a startup

  • English B1/B2
