Job description

After reaching the unicorn milestone in 2021, we have plans to accelerate our European deployment while continuing to offer additional innovative solutions.

Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Head of CRM.

Reporting to our VP Marketing, you will join the Marketing team, whose mission is to oversee the global effort and impacts of CRM across all teams and products, and to help the CRM team to keep growing and evolving.

What you will do :

  • Define the CRM team OKRs in line the company’s objectives and coordinate the team, provide them the keys to reach them ;

  • Ensure the coherence of the CRM lifecycle and initiatives across all markets & products while scaling the team and processes ;

  • Maintain consistency and optimize data feeding & functionality of our CRM tool in collaboration with our product and engineering team ;

  • Help deliver high-level strategic projects built with the Product team (feature launches, transactional campaigns) ;

  • Work with the Data team to provide the best reporting to monitor performance of our actions.

  • You are in the right place if :

  • Experience in working with product and tech teams to work hand in hand with them to deliver strategic projects ;

  • Have experience in managing a multiple people team and helping them grow ;

  • Capacity to adapt to a fast moving product, provide feedback and suggest improvements ;

  • Strong redactional skills ;

  • Fluent in both French and English.

  • It’s a plus :

  • You have had experience with Braze in the past.
