At LightOn, we are building Paradigm, a sovereign Private Generative AI platform designed for Fortune 500 enterprises who prioritize data privacy and intellectual property protection. Your Mission

We are seeking a Product Manager  who will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our product line. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet enterprise-grade requirements, aligning them with our ambitious company strategy and driving innovation, security, and user satisfaction.

Focus on Enterprise Readiness

You will be responsible for elevating our platform to meet the rigorous standards of enterprise customers. This focus area includes:

  • Development of comprehensive security features including SSO, role-based access controls, and advanced encryption

  • Implementation of compliance frameworks and certifications essential for enterprise adoption (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)

  • Design of administrative tools for enterprise-wide user management and monitoring

  • Establishment of enterprise SLAs, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols

  • Enhancement of integration capabilities with enterprise software ecosystems (Active directory, LDAP, SCIM.)

Focus on User Identity

You will lead the strategic “User Identity” project aimed at transforming the user experience on our platform. This project includes:

  • Complete redesign of the user onboarding journey to facilitate initial adoption

  • Optimization of identification mechanisms (login/logout) and permissions management

  • Development of advanced personalization features to adapt the interface to each user’s specific needs

  • Creation of engagement mechanisms to encourage users to regularly return to the platform

  • Implementation of analytical solutions to understand and improve the user journey

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to define the product strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s overarching goals

  • Be active in Product Discovery with Enterprise customers to understand their unique challenges and translate them into actionable product improvements

  • Lead the User Identity project with particular focus on optimizing onboarding and user engagement

  • Enhance security, compliance, and scalability features in our AI platform to meet the needs of large-scale B2B environments

  • Design innovative user journeys aimed at maximizing platform adoption and retention

  • Develop compelling user stories and specifications to guide development and improve the enterprise user experience

  • Ensure new features meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing and validation

  • Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with the squad’s goals

  • Serve as a bridge between engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product adoption and onboarding

  • Utilize tools such as GitLab to track progress, maintain visibility, and drive execution


Preferred experience

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in AI, SaaS, or Enterprise software

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B environments and their unique challenges

  • Experience working with large accounts and translating customer requirements into product enhancements

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and scalability best practices for enterprise software

  • Experience in designing user journeys and personalizing SaaS platforms

  • Deep understanding of authentication mechanisms, permissions management, and data security

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience acting as a Scrum Master

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear user stories and documentation

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like GitLab and ClickUp

  • Ability to support pre-sales efforts and engage with customers in an advisory capacity

  • Experience managing UX/UI agencies to deliver top-tier product design
