Job description


  • Along with the management team, set the international expansion roadmap and corresponding adoption targets for the short and mid terms
  • Develop and implement Libeo’ International business strategy and operations to launch and sustain growth in future geographies
  • Direct and manage the international expansion project timeline. Set the project milestones and cross functional roles and responsibilities, identify and plan the resource needs.
  • Build the international team and future regional management team to ensure operational consistency and best practices in driving users, heavy usage, revenue and satisfaction
  • Drive teamwork and communication within direct areas of responsibilities to perform international markets related tasks. Serve an International voice-of-sale and voice-of-customer for setting company strategy and direction in collaboration with the rest of the team.
  • Analyze and report on key drivers impacting the performance in the international markets; present regular updates to the rest of the team
  • Identify, advise on and select external regional partners and serve as their key point of contact jointly with the partnership team

Preferred experience

  • Strong experience in developing international markets in the software industry
  • Experience in financial management, accounting software or B2B fintech industries is a serious plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment
  • Willingness to both work at strategic level and get your hands dirty to find solutions to all problems
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills and great leadership ability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial culture & experience is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
