As part of its development and structuring, Libeo is recruiting a FP&A Manager.

Reporting to the CFO, your main missions will be to :

• Prepare the different elements of monthly financial reporting for internal use and investors
• Monitor and analyze our financial performance in the light of operational indicators
• Actively participate in the budget and reforecast process
• Analyze, follow and optimize the budgets of the different Libeo teams
• Participate in the monthly and annual closing of accounts in conjunction with our accountant
• Implement processes and tools to improve the financial management of the company and the Finance function

You have the perfect profile if you have :

• A Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting
• A first successful experience of at least 4 years in FP&A
• A taste for innovation and agile and dynamic environments
• Strong modeling, analysis and synthesis skills
• A taste for the optimization of IT tools
• A good dose of rigor
• A real ability to work hand in hand with all Libeo teams
• A professional written and oral command of English
