As a true business partner, you will work closely with the executive team (exco) and the CEO, playing a key role in defining and supervising our accounting activities.

As an Accounting Manager, your missions will be to:

  • Lead the process of selecting essential accounting tools (including an accounting interpreter, accounting software, and ACPR reporting software).

  • Define and develop our accounting schemes, including the pro-forma accounting related to Trust.

  • Monitor the development of our core banking system with the product (credit ledger, psp, etc.).

  • Supervise our P&L, compare our Budget vs Reality, and oversee financial affairs.

  • Manage our accounting with comprehensive, accurate, and standards-compliant financial records

  • Prepare and deliver report statements for ACPR, ensuring regulatory compliance and transparency.

  • Oversee taxation and regulatory reporting (either by outsourcing or directly, with a possibility of training).

  • Ensure RSEC response commitments, providing feedback within the day during the accreditation process.


Preferred experience

Your Profile? 🦸

  • A graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance. A professional qualification in accounting (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is highly valued.

  • With over 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role, including a proven background in financial management and reporting. Experience in FinTech or financial services is a plus.

  • A decisive leader, unafraid to make impactful business decisions and take responsibility for them

  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you can motivate and engage the team in the defined strategy.

  • A problem solver: highly independent and capable of autonomously managing complex projects.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive on starting from scratch and thinking outside the box.

  • Agile and flexible: you easily adapt to a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
