Of our team is full remote
The tech team serves as the driving force behind all our tools, including lemlist, lemwarm, lemcal, Taplio, Tweethunter, and more. They are the brains behind the development and innovation of these products.
Passionate full-stack developers, DevOps, SRE, SDET, and technical support, our largest team is the tech team. In 2023, we also established a data squad, which includes data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
The majority of our team members are senior professionals, fostering a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility for their tasks. This expertise also translates into exceptional teamwork abilities. Notably, pair-programming is highly valued and appreciated within our environment.

The goal of the business department is to identify the best ways to help our users grow. It focuses on two main topics: sales and agency partnerships.
The sales team is currently scaling. As the company and its products grow, our objective is to target a higher market.
Additionally, we are developing a partnership program with marketing agencies, which aligns with our ideal customer profiles.
The people team at lempire is the backbone of our organization. They are responsible for keeping the team united and ensuring that everyone receives the support they need. From the moment you start the recruitment process to your first day at lempire, and throughout your journey with us, the people team will be there to assist you.
They handle various important tasks such as recruiting top talents, onboarding new employees, guiding people along their career paths, organizing exciting team-building events, managing payroll, and keeping the administrative processes running smoothly.

They also aim to fulfill lempire’s mission of helping people and businesses grow by hosting weekly events in our Paris headquarters to help anyone interested in growth to learn, meet and connect with like-minded people.
The product team plays a crucial role in delivering value to our users and the company by making great product decisions aligned with our vision, strategy, and market dynamics. They serve as the bridge between the business, technology, and design domains.
Our product mangers act as detectives and explorers, uncovering unique insights and opportunities. They have the ability to read between the lines and demonstrate a visionary mindset.
They approach their work like chess players, thinking strategically and establishing effective decision constraints. They focus on the right priorities, understand market positioning, and leverage unfair advantages.
