As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary focus will be converting inbound demo requests into happy lemlist customers. You’ll engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and showcase how Lemlist can solve their challenges.
Handle Inbound Leads: Manage a high volume of inbound demo requests, taking prospects through the sales journey to closure.
Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations, tailor solutions to meet prospect needs, and build strong relationships.
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by closing deals with an average deal size of €1,500 ARR.
Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated, follow up diligently, and ensure smooth communication with prospects.
Continuous Learning: Embrace coaching, seek feedback, and consistently work on improving your sales skills.
