With the launch of his own acquisition agency, Simon was a lemlist customer before joining the team. No CV was sent while applying at lemlist, instead he opted for a personalized cold email to become a salesperson for a tool of personalized cold emails... Rather smart on his part. 😎
What motivates him daily as Sales of the lemlist family, is the knowledge that lemlist changes the way salespeople create relationships with their leads, and he intends to make his contribution to the building.
Beyond his more "classical" sales missions, he also wears the cap of an outbound consultant with clients and non-clients, hosts training courses (professional webinars or training in schools), and works on his personal branding to make lemlist shine thanks to his expertise. 🔥
If you see him at any point, you can ask him what was the purpose of the YouTube channel he launched whilst studying in the US. 🎬
Elodie's objective? For everyone to have a smile in our open space and to feel like home. ✨ Playlist on Mondays, team building, birthday cakes, afterworks, motivational GIFs on Slack, breakfast for big (and small) occasions, she always has an idea for something!
Her role as chief happiness officer is a true professional reconversion, because before lemlist, Elodie was a medical assistant for more than 12 years.
She recognized in this role an opportunity for challenge, learning new things, and being able to evolve professionally. 💪 She has won this challenge easily, because since she arrived, she has onboarded 10 people and bought 118 croissants. 🥐
Roxana was a digital nomad for 4 years, working as a copywriter and Social Media Manager for international startups, while traveling all over Europe.
This nomad adventure helped her to think outside of the box, and go out of her comfort zone.
Bold personality, she’s always looking for new ways to express her creativity. In the past, she has acted in the theatre and launched a photo exhibition.
In 2020, she decided to end her nomad life and move to France.
After a couple of months, she joined lemlist to skyrocket lemlist’s visibility on Social Media. Joining the lemlist family was the best thing that could have happened for her professional development. At lemlist she feels that she can express her creativity while also thriving in a « doer » environment.
His first line of code? Vianney wrote it at 6. A true self-taught enthusiast, he loves to create new things, for work, but not only! 👨🏻💻
His philosophy: any problem can be solved with a little bit of code. What better way to bring the remote team together than lemverse? This side project allowed lemlist team to build brick by brick a virtual open space with a swimming pool, to have meetings between avatars, and to take coffee breaks all over the world. 🌍 He also developed with François a project in 2 days, that was bought 18 months later by a group of Australians.
Finally, he was CTO at eFounders for 2 years and developed MVPs for future eFounders projects as well as internal projects.
Former ambassador of the largest French-speaking Meteor community (30+ meteor meetups in 3 years) Vianney cares about welcoming real "code craftmen" in the dev team he built with his brother and co-founder François.
For Guillaume (G for those who know him best), business has always been a story about human relationships. While doing his studies, he gave himself the challenge of traveling around the world in 1 year & using only social media to find a free place to sleep at night with locals. His ambition: to help 1 million entrepreneurs start their own profitable business before 2025 🚀
That is also the reason why he founded lemlist with Vianney and François in Station F. Their objective was to break away from the boring image of BtoB and participate in the success of the lemlist family thanks to hyper-personalization.
Never devoid of advice or actionable tips, Guillaume participates in numerous webinars, podcasts and has recently launched a YouTube channel for entrepreneurs in 2020.
G in 3 words? 🙌 Transparency (with employees just like clients) 📚 growth mindset (you can always find a way to learn) 😂 fun (he is not afraid of ridicule... not at all).
