Job description
As a Senior Growth Marketer at lempire, your mission is to drive ARR growth for lempire's products.
You'll work mostly on Tweet Hunter and Taplio (8M$ ARR) at start.
In the future, you might be working on lemlist, lemwarm or lemcal in the future.
Our Products are mostly PLG / Self-Service software products.
You'll create and implement strategies designed to drive sustainable, efficient ARR growth.
The GTM motions for Tweet Hunter and Taplio most include for now
- Influencer strategy: build relationship and leverage influencers (social posts, newsletters) to promote our products
- Affiliation: grow & engage the network of affiliate to generate more singups
- Paid Marketing: search & social paid
- SEO: leverage search demand to drive traffic & signups
- Mini-Tools & Content
Other GTM strategies might be leveraged in the future
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who has an entreprenarial mindset and wants to have fun executing creative marketing strategies, in a 27M$ ARR multi-product company, bootstrapped and profitable
Within 3 months you'll have
Gained a very clear understanding of one product current state in terms of GTM Strategy and defined key priorities to implement to drive more Revenue GrowthAlready proven results implementing a successful initiative having an impact on the ARR growth - either in terms of New Business or Retention, that has results on the OVERALL metrics of the product (total New ARR, total Churn ARR or total Upgrade ARR)Integrated well with the team, already showing your impact and being recognized as someone organized, creative, reliable and committed to our product's successWithin 12 months you'll have
Completely owned the Revenue/ARR Growth of 1 or 2 products in the companyDemonstrated your ability on multiple projects to drive more Revenue Growth - from identifying the priority, aligning people on the priority (stakeholders) and implementing successfully the priorityFully integrated in the team, becoming a key member of the Marketing/Revenue team who is listened to, considered and easy to collaborate withPreferred experience
At least 3 years of experience in Digital/Growth Marketing.Experience in Software, notably in a Product-Led Growth environment is a strong plus.Successful experience in designing & implementing initiatives that drive growth in a fast-paced environmentAbility to deliver autonomously on a project, you don't need 10 different experts to do something. All-rounder in Marketing - you are at least interested in all the fields of Marketing: Product Marketing, Content, SEO, Paid, etc.A strong bias for action, a ‘doer’ mentality.Innate problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a results-driven approach.Pragmatic, result-driven with a high level of ownership/accountabilityPerfect English (written & oral).
