🏆 Mission

You’ll be in charge of building the full outbound motion of lemlist. Your objective is to book qualified meetings for our Sales team, make them as productive as possible and increase the company's revenue.

You will analyze data, automate, find leads and patterns, execute growth experiments, and come up with suggestions.

Key results

  • → Within 3 months, you will have
  • Understood our targets (their pains, their job titles, etc.), products, ecosystem, and what it means to be successful with our products
  • Understood the current structure of our outbound process (there’s a lot to build 🔥)
  • Gotten familiar with the tools and the processes we have internally to work faster and better
  • Established your outbound roadmap (to book meetings & do self-service)
  • Built your first automated lead generation workflows
  • Maintained and upgraded our reporting to monitor progress
  • Found a couple of creative ways to find qualified leads
  • Owned the strategy and execution of the entire outbound motion
  • Started generating revenue for the business
  • → Within 12 months, you will have
  • Identified and implemented more creative ways to drive results from outbound
  • Tested and learned from multiple approaches
  • Been proud of yourself for bringing revenue with the Sales team

  • Previous outbound experience.
  • Creativity - find creatives ways to approach problems and drive more revenue
  • Growth mindset - always willing to learn and do better than yesterday
  • Hard skills that will allow you to connect tools together (even with APIs), scrape, transform and use data
  • Proactivity - you always are trying to improve current processes and to implement new workflows
  • Nice to have
  • Very good English.
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience.
  • Prior experience with bringing results with outbound.
  • Prior experience using n8n, HubSpot, and lemlist.
  • Red flags for the position

  • You do not enjoy being on the operational side of things.
  • You don’t love testing new lead generation tools and workflows.
  • You cannot manage multiple projects at once.
  • You don’t like helping and working with Sales teams.
  • You do not take initiatives.
  • You are not comfortable with English.
  • You are not comfortable with writing scripts.
  • You take feedback personally.
  • You are not passionate by Growth Ops/Outbound
