The position

Job description

We’re looking for multiple Growth Marketers passionate about building and scaling amazing software tools and resources.

As Growth Marketer, you are responsible for specific projects that will lead to our SaaS products growth as well as the other assets in our eco-system. Expect to work on different projects and to move from one to another.

At lempire, the Growth department is not focused on doing lead generation or cold outreach for the Sales team. We are focused on connecting the Product and the Marketing growth.

We’re looking for people that will match our mindset and ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Create and test irresistible offers for our SaaS and other products
  • Create and test growth loops
  • Create and test small SaaS products
  • Coordinate communications between the Growth, Product, Design and Marketing teams.
  • Work closely with other Growth members to scale the impact
  • Expect to work and grow your personal brand on social media

💰 43K€ - 55K€ + bonuses

Preferred experience

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a Growth Marketing position.
  • You are capable of executing full funnels (offer + landing page + email + automation, etc.).
  • Definitely a plus if you know our stack: Customer.io, lemlist, Webflow, Figma, n8n, Airtable.
  • UX/UI, copywriting (in English) background is a plus.
  • You’re both rigorous and creative, you like having ideas, seeing them through, and measuring their impact.
  • You have high ambitions and are hungry to learn.
  • You are a master of execution: you execute fast and well.
  • You are not afraid of working on new things and taking risks.
  • You’re a great communicator, and you’re completely bilingual (in English). You’ll communicate with French people and international people.
