Teamwork is key to L2D’s success, and whilst time spent in the office is a positive stimulating experience, team members can choose to work from home up to ninety days every year. This can provide people with a better work-life balance through reducing their weekly commuting time. Everyone has their own laptop with modern and efficient communication software and has a secure connection to L2D’s server.
