As our Treasury Manager on the Paris campus, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of managing our financial assets and optimizing our cash flow. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll work closely with our accounting and data teams to ensure liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and contribute to the overall financial health of Le Wagon. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with different stakeholders of the company (HR, Operations, Marketing) and our City Managers around the world!

Your Mission:

  • Monitor daily cash positions and forecasts on on cash management tools

  • Prepare payments batches for CFO

  • Analyze of the aging balance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks

  • Organize meetings with different stakeholders in our different campuses to review their needs.

  • Conduct and align on cash flow forecasting and financial analysis

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders (CFO, Executive teams, Managers)

  • Optimize cash utilization between entities

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partnered financial institutions

  • Evaluate and recommend potential treasury management systems and tech tools to enhance operational efficiency and scalability


Preferred experience

About You:

  • Have a background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. MBA or professional certifications are a plus!

  • Have a good experience in treasury management, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment.

  • Bilingual in French and English as Le Wagon is international

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, banking operations, and investment strategies.

  • Motivated to join the ed-tech sector with a strong belief in our product (bootcamp)
