The Sales team ensures smooth negotiations, validates bookings, and efficiently finalises contracts to guarantee total satisfaction.
Within our Sales team, different roles contribute to the success of our mission:
SDR (Sales Development Representative): manages incoming client requests and routes them to the appropriate team members for efficient handling.
Sales Advisor: advises clients on available properties, understands their specific needs, and guides them.
Account Manager: manages relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Accounts: Manages strategic client accounts to build strong relationships and maximise sales.
B2B2C: Coordinates with high-end travel agencies, concierges, and rental agencies to support client bookings.
