Profile we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment.

3 squads of 4 developers (2 back-end, 2 front-end) with 1 designer and 1 product owner for each squad
Tech team of 22: 11 Developers, 1 Head of Product, 3 Product Owners, 3 Designers, 2 QA, Lead Front-end, CTO
Rituals: daily stand-ups, weekly training, and extra-professional team activities
