Who are they?

L’olivier Assurance is a subsidiary of the British group Admiral, the European leader in insurance for nearly 30 years and which has disrupted its market. The agility of a start-up, the shoulders of a large group… not bad, right? !

  • Admiral Group is a FTSE 100 financial services company with a market capitalisation of over £10 billion and operations in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and the US. Listed on the stock exchange, it has a turnover of around €3 billion and employs over 10,000 people worldwide.
The group has forward-thinking approaches and offers endless opportunities to test, learn and grow. Established in 1993 as a motor insurance specialist, it has since expanded into other countries and other services such as home and travel insurance, Insurtech, consumer loans, car finance and legal services. Admiral has grown from a small start-up to a multinational organisation. The company is constantly seeking new products, services and markets and is now present in eight countries with a diverse product portfolio.

  • L’olivier Assurance, after 10 years of existence on the French market, has 350,000 customers, 500 employees located in our 2 sites: Lille and Paris, a solid business model and is ready to grow even faster. The company is constantly looking for new products, services and markets, and is now present in nine countries with a diversified portfolio of products such as car, home and NVEI (electric scooters) and many more to come.

  • Our success goes hand in hand with a strong corporate culture, in which we put our employees and our customers first. Our philosophy is simple but effective: people who like what they do do it better, which means our customers receive the level of service and products they deserve. Our culture is honest, open and entirely focused on four key areas: communication, equality, recognition, and fun.

There’s a reason that we have been elected “Best Place to Work”: our progressive culture, core values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion have created a work environment where employees share their ideas, aren’t afraid to speak up and make a difference, and most importantly, feel valued.
