🎯 Your mission:

As Senior product manager at Koala, your mission will be to maximize the impact of the product with partners and users to make Koala a product that delights travellers while generating revenue. The Product Manager (PM) will be in charge of researching, scoping, defining and updating our product features. The PM will work closely with the CPO and the development team.

Your responsibilities:

In this context and in direct collaboration with our CPO, your role will be to :

• Manage the delivery process from studies and functional specifications to launch in production

• Ensure that the teams are aligned with this vision and can deliver the expected features

• Define the KPIs to be impacted and the OKRs for the product team

• Build, measure and organize incoming projects and ensure their prioritization

• Structure the delivery thanks to the best organization

• Organize the discovery in collaboration with the Sales and Ops

• Ensure the product knowledge through the company (documentation & communication)
