Our mission at Kili is to help F1000 (Carrefour, Credit Agricole, Bureau Veritas..) and scale-up (VitaDX, Jellysmack..) clients to industrialize their AI projects into production.

The company just secured its first funding of $7 million from tier 1 VCs (Serena Capital, e-Ventures) with support from top business angels (CEO Algolia, CEO Datadog, and others..). Therefore, Kili is on its way to scale up aggressively to the global market with the best data annotation solution.

You’re a seller, but you’re not a “salesperson.” As Kili Technology’s very first Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own our recruitment strategy to find the best employees. You will be fully entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talents, ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees, and contribute to build a strong employment brand.

Your work will impact just about every team at Kili Technology, from our engineering efforts to our business ones. Our company is growing at a high pace and we want you to fuel our growth with talented individuals! You will work closely with our CEO & play a key strategic role for our company: you will be the true ambassador of our employee brand. Key responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Kili, you will,
Participate in the definition of the “Talent Acquisition way” as we aim to provide a unique and successful candidate experience.

Develop a strong talent acquisition strategy fostering diversity & inclusion: you must be able to uniquely source passive candidates at all levels. You develop and drive sourcing strategies with a focus on long and short term pipeline building of diverse talents. You explore innovative recruitment practices, with freedom to explore new ways of sourcing and approaching talent.

Evaluate staffing needs: you collaborate with managers to understand the specificities of each position, anticipate their opening and help them specify the selection criteria. You identify and consolidate all current and future talent needs in order to provide a strategic perspective from recruitment to management.

Design, plan & execute recruitment process: you are in charge of designing and versioning the recruitment processes for the different staffing needs identified as well as conducting recruitment interviews with candidates and accompanying them through to onboarding and contract finalisation.

Talent management: you spread our culture and values, and make sure every candidate feels good at Kili!:)

Preferred experience

About you

Experience: you have proven past experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a fast growing environment - preferably in a tech or start-up environment.


  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing especially with direct approach, and employer branding.
  • An understanding of all selection & interview techniques and innovative tools.
  • A capacity to understand the diverse needs of the different teams in Kili

Teamwork: you are a team player and able to work closely with our CEO and all our managers to help them find the best talents.

Communication: outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, in English and French.

  • Business case + debriefing session (1 hour)
