Having consistently doubled the business annually over the last 4 years, and as we continue to scale our French business, we are now looking for a Finance leader to be on the ground in France to partner the Regional MD and take control of the French finance operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of French sales while ensuring strong financial controls are maintained. This role is a great blend of commercial and financial support.

• Partner the French executive team to provide financial expertise to ensure they understand the key metrics and that targets are achieved
• Provide timely analysis and overseeing the approval of expenditure
• Ensure smooth running of French finance operations covering the various ledgers, payroll, budget reporting
• Process monthly payroll including commission & bonus payments
• Liaising with the sales team to provide accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Work with the local accountants to ensure compliance with French Tax laws and filings
• Provide recommendations into the financial systems and processes necessary to scale the global business

• 2-5 years’ finance experience in fast-paced technology businesses, ideally within SaaS
• Confident and assertive approach, with a natural aptitude to challenge appropriately at all levels

• Proficiency in corporate accounting, and strong working knowing of state tax
