The position

Job description

We are looking for talented people who are willing to build the most amazing shopping experience for consumers while keeping growing their own skills and expertise.

As a Customer Care Expert, your mission will be to deliver great customer service to our users and lead impactful projects by improving our processes within the Care team.

Customer Care - 70% of the time

  • You provide best-in-class quality of service in French and English, by answering our users’ tickets, and making sure our users feel listened to and happy
  • You know our products very well and can spot any bugs or irrelevancy and are able to report them efficiently to our Tech team
  • You ensure that we have pixel-perfect documentation for the use of our users and team members

Project Management - 30%

  • Lead impactful projects to improve processes within the Care team
  • Participate in cross-team projects to better efficiency across the company
  • Build expertise to become the referent in one of the following topics:

    • Affiliation
    • Bank
    • Product
    • Data
    • Knowledge Management
    • Outsourcing Management

Preferred experience

  • You have experience in customer service
  • You have successfully led or participated in Care or cross-team projects
  • You speak fluently both French and English, and could beat Molière and Jane Austen at a spelling contest
  • You are a problem-solver
  • You pay attention to details and could find a needle in a haystack
  • You deeply care about others and are eager to teach them what you know
