The Head of Campaign and Merchandising will play a crucial role in our organization. They will drive our Joko B2C campaign calendar and improve the customer shopping experience across our merchandising assets, including in-app features and extensions. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. As a part of the Marketing team, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. Your responsibilities will include:
Own and strategize the Joko B2C campaign calendar
Collaborate with the Branding Team to develop engaging and creative campaigns for users.
Work with the B2B Team to select the best deals and merchants for the campaign.
Coordinate the campaign with all involved teams and manage performance during the campaigns.
Regularly review and adjust the calendar based on past campaign performance and changing business needs.
Curate the best deals for our users
Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to identify and prioritize impactful deals for our users.
Keep track of market trends and collaborate with B2B to secure exclusive offers or promotions.
Distribute the chosen deals to our users across all touchpoints, including in-app, extension, CRM, and Social Media.
Ensure that our selected deals resonate with our target audience and align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Own the merchandising strategy
Drive the merchandising strategy for all product features to enhance visibility, improve deal conversion, and increase customer satisfaction.
Examine user behavior, purchase trends, and in-app usage data to refine the merchandising approach.
Stay informed about the latest eCommerce and app merchandising best practices and incorporate them into the platform.
Collaborate with the Product Team to conceive, design, and introduce in-app modules specifically designed to enrich shopping experiences and optimize revenue.
Develop Joko’s advertising strategy
Understand the needs of merchants and define the Media Fees product suite and real estate strategy, setting the most suitable guidelines to consistently prioritize users.
Collaborate closely with the B2B team to enhance advertising revenue, monitor the booking ratio, and report on performance monthly.
Develop a high-quality Media Fees kit to support the B2B team in their collaborations.
8 years of experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Campaign Management, Category Management, Merchandising, or Product Marketing is required.
Languages: You must be fluent in French (as our main market is currently France) and English (since our team is international), both in writing and speaking.
Strategic planning: You should have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.
Team leadership: Strong leadership skills are needed to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve campaign and merchandising goals.
Data-driven decision-making: You should be proficient in using data analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
Digital marketing expertise: You should have knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tactics, and be able to integrate them into comprehensive campaigns.
Project management: Proficiency in project management methodologies is required to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Effective communication: Strong communication skills are necessary for presenting strategies and results to stakeholders and senior management.
