Customer experience is important for all companies and we have a passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is a division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application.

At this moment we are looking for a person who will support the GSC panel team:

Fieldwork Coordination Alocator with Italian or French – external cooperation

The main goal of this position is to manage Mystery Shopping project´s fieldwork. The Fieldwork Coordination Alocator is responsible for allocating tasks to Mystery Shoppers and building relationships with them for the Ipsos brand.

What will you do:

  • Supporting and helping new joining Mystery Shoppers with the Briefing process

  • Answering general Mystery Shoppers questions relating to the settings of their profile, payment,etc.

  • Building relationship with Mystery Shoppers as far as the Ipsos Brand

  • Keeping accurate records: Being able to change survey start date, planned date an due date, pay item and information in CP columns

  • Understand project specifications like shopper profile, blackout date, timing and deadlines, etc.

  • Keeping project budget in line with quoted hours and direct costs

  • Sending / Updating regularly the reports about the FW and the workflow

Preferred experience

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Advanced knowledge of Italian or French (both written and spoken)

  • Good communication, technical and Coordination skills

  • Experience from project management, call center or customer support will be to your advantage
