InterCloud is looking for an Account Manager in order to handle the hunting of new enterprise logos and the hunting within existing accounts for theUK.
Reporting to regional Sales Director, you will sell complex transformational cloud connectivity services to large companies (Forbes 2000) by developing relationships and networks with clients and industry related groups and exploiting the cross-selling opportunities within the client’s or prospect’s partner ecosystem (Cloud Service Providers, System Integrators, MSPs).
Your missions will include:
Building and maintaining a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve/exceed quota objectives by developing relationships with top tier prospects, partners, and customers:
- Target accounts, identify and qualify all client needs and goals that can be served, reach the correct contacts, and proficiently represent the company’s value propositions to prospects and existing clients;
- Conduct target account prospecting and sales calls/demos
- Manage the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries and RFPs, prepare service and cost proposals for clients, using applicable worksheets and CRM system and track leads till closure.
Effectively run and manage all aspects of the sales cycle:
- Leverage and drive the company’s sales process, collaborating in a sales team environment with support teams (Sales Management, Solutions Architects, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Service Management) to accelerate and close new client deals;
- Maintains accurate and complete client files
- Manage legal relationship (i.e. contract initial negotiations and renewals, NDA, MSA, etc.) as appropriate;
- Provide accurate reports
- Participate in marketing program planning, development, execution, and measurement to ensure that programs succeed according to plan;
- Take initiative in getting necessary training on InterCloud products;
- Monitor client satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution.
