Job description
Context
To help our clients in their team communication efforts, we have developed “Oneteam”: the next generation, cloud-based internal collaboration and monitoring application. Oneteam enables every customer care agent and team lead to train, work and communicate within the same system. In order to build reliable, highly scalable and secure solutions and meet customers’ needs, the Oneteam squad is looking for a Senior Product Owner with a solid track record in product management with SaaS solutions.
Missions
Identify business expectations and customer value issues.
Drive the product roadmap.
Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog.
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate with the UX/UI Designers for the design of new features.
Write User Stories and define acceptance criteria.
Prepare and maintain the functional documentation.
Carry out functional acceptance tests.
Manage 2 QA Engineers and 1 Technical Writer.
How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.

Required
Previous experience of 10 years minimum in a similar position, including people management responsibilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good command with the following: Testing, Scrum, User Stories/Specification, User Research, Analytics, Backlog management, Digital and B2B environment.
Nice to have
- Agile/Scrum certification.
