Job and recruitment context

Joining the Tech Team, reporting to the Lead DevOps and working within the DevOps team, you will:

• Share responsibility for the high availability of the infrastructure
• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple distributed software applications
• Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors

You will have regular one to one meetings with your manager to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly objectives, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

🥉Background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
• 5+ years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer and/or SRE on a SaaS high availability platform
• Experience with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud computing providers, ideally AWS
• Experience in running Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform
• Strong experience with monitoring with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus and/or Loki
• Good knowledge of sysadmin / network required
• Familiarity with agile software development
• Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab
• Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments
• Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Packer or Ansible
• Working knowledge of databases
• Fluent in both English and French

• For this job (CDI - full time), you wille have a fixed salary of 55k€-65k€ depending on your experience
