Implicity is looking for a “Chief Revenue Officer”, C-level, reporting to the CEO/Founder, to lead every revenue-generating function in North-America (Sales, Marketing & Account Relationship Management) to drive predictable growth with a broad, strategic & holistic approach.

★ You develop and implement go-to-market & sales strategies with teams

★ You support the Sales organization to close deals & get personally involved in larger ones

★ You establish and strengthen Implicity brand and best allocate marketing budget to generate leads for commercial activity

★ You ensure that we capture the maximum organic growth from the existing client base

★ You help the company to strategically position its offering in the competitive US market

★ You contribute to Corporate Development / strategy activities by sharing your US market insights

★ You leverage & develop your network of high profiles targets, and build trustworthy relationships with partners and stakeholders

★ You build, develop & manage the right process & metrics to show your impacts & successes of US business

★ You recruit & develop your team, and retain talents in coordination with the Head of People

You will be the leading Executive in the US, fully able to demonstrate your ability to scale all dimension of a business in the US, to make Implicity a North America champion.

🥉 Your Background

★ 15+ years experience in a leading Business Developments roles (C-level or VP level)
. in the USA
. in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sector (Cardiac Implants Manufacturers, or Services Companies)
. With recent executive experience relating to Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices

★ You have a track record in building and developing top teams


🥈 Your Hard Skills

★ You have a first-class network among:
1° Electrophysiologists and KOLs
2° Medical center administration
3° GPOs / IDNs / ACOs / Payers
4° CRM industry players

★ You can define an effective go-to-market strategy thanks to your field knowledge and strategic thinking

★ You have a proven track record in signing large deals in the CRM industry

★ You master  tactical and consultative selling skills and know how to address long sales cycles with different stakeholders at Medical Centers.

★ You still have the ability to be hands-on and support your sales team on the field to close new accounts

★ You’ve experienced what it takes to build long & lasting partnershipsYou have terrific organizational skills and it is easy for you to define processes & metrics to closely steer your teams activity

★ You naturally know how to align teams

★ English is working language, French is a plus

💰Remuneration

★ For this job, your base salary will depend on your experience

★ Variable Pay: significant % of your base salary (based on objectives)
