Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on managing and developing IMCAS e-learning platform sales and product delivery. Your mission will be to manage and develop a portfolio of clients and products with the aim to answer our community needs and create long term and trusting relationships with our clients. Our essential job duties are the following:
• Selling solutions to a portfolio of existing sponsors, as well as developing new clients
• Generating leads via phone, online and sales presentation, enriching the database
• Preparing promotional plans, sales brochures, and sales season products
• Proposing new products, analyzing the performance
• Process and input products, orders and contracts into our systems
• Managing the delivery of products
• Handle email correspondence and multiple administrative duties
• Following precise processes to ensure that the objectives established are fulfilled

This position involves being rigorous, organized, analytic and energetic
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, digital or related discipline
• English speaker (fluent) and French speaker
• At least 3 years in a similar position
• Past experience in a digital platform environment
• Background in the medical/aesthetic industry or in the congress industry is a plus
• Track record in achieving/exceeding sales quotas and in developing new business
• Both ability of account management and development
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to be self-driven within a team structure, manage multiple tasks at one time
