We are a leading mobile game studio and publisher based in central Paris. We specialize in game design, monetization and user acquisition to publish hit hyper-casual games, a thriving segment driving 80% of total mobile games market growth since 2017. Our ambition is to grow >4x this year.

Our culture & strategy rely on powerful Tech that we built in-house to give our games a step ahead of competition, tailor-made support to our studio partners and fair & transparent cooperation.

We are a diverse team of 80 people from various backgrounds (artists, business, engineers,
entrepreneurs, ex strategy consultant) and international (>15 nationalities).

We are passionate about games and working with studios & platform partners all around the world (US, Europe and Asia mostly).

In February 2021, we raised 15m$ funds with Eurazeo and Headline in the [largest European seed VC]

Job description

Role & missions – What you will do 🚀

  • You are responsible of Homa Games Publishing strategy and team management.
  • You Manage the Publishing Team on a daily basis, provide your team with permanent support, best practices & solutions to source and onboard new partners.
  • You always challenge results and will ensure Homa Games establish and maintain a trustful and efficient relationship with the most talented independent studio all around the world.
  • You ensure our published games and prototypes constantly reach a high innovation and quality standard
  • You constantly keep yourself aware of new trends, methods and partners. You provide benchmarks and recommendations about them.
  • You are Homa Games representative and the main point of contact for studios and partners.
  • You ensure efficient and collaborative coordination with all the Homa Games entities.
  • You provide top management with clear insight, reports and projections of the Publishing and Business Dev activity.

  • People management: you want and are able to make people grow; you make team members deliver and you are able to create and motivate a high-performing team
  • Data-friendly: you like to address high-volume high-complexity issues and master advanced Excel
  • Consultant toolbox: problem-solving, project management, clear & crisp communication, data visualization & written communication
  • Sales or customer success background: you are able to build & develop relationships in an international environment

Preferred experience

Preferred background – What you will need 💪

• 4 years of work experience minimum – Previous work experience in a highly demanding and fast-growth environment, preferably strategy consulting – Experience in digital marketing or very analytical projects
• You have significant experience as a mid-size team manager
• You have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• You speak fluent English
