Andrea set up Hollis & Bean in 2018. A financial journalist by trade, she has 20 years' experience in business communications and journalism. Andrea managed corporate communications for a FTSE 100 company in London, before moving to Paris to work for an agency then for a large French corporate. She also lectured at CELSA, the grande école for communications and journalism from 2014-2017. Andrea holds a Masters from the University of Oxford.

A marketing and communications professional for over 20 years, Stephen is the Editorial Director at Hollis & Bean. Over his career in the United States and France, he has worked in agencies as well as on the corporate side, enabling him to bring a wealth of experience and perspective to his clients. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Haverford College, and an MFA in creative writing from University of New Orleans.

Monica has over 15 years' experience in media and communications. She started her career in journalism in Australia, before relocating to Paris and working in digital communications as a writer and project manager across various industries including real estate, entertainment and cosmetics. She has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia, and a Specialized Master in Media Management from ESCP Business School in Paris, France. 

Elly joined Hollis and Bean in 2021 with five years of freelancing and agency experience as a translator, project manager and copywriter. With a degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Oxford, Elly developed her understanding of B2B communications in Paris, working with large French and Swiss clients. She supports clients in written and audio visual projects for web, social media and print.

Nathalie joined Hollis & Bean in 2023 with four years of experience working as a journalist, editor and PR officer. Having worked in France, the Netherlands and the U.S., she has a keen understanding of the intricacies of working in international, multicultural environments. At Hollis & Bean, she supports clients in developing their communications strategies and taking them from the ideation to the execution stage. She holds a Research Master’s in Comparative Literature from Utrecht University.

Beth joined Hollis & Bean in 2022 as an Editorial Project Manager. With a degree in Modern Languages and a Masters in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Bath, Beth has five years’ experience working in communications and translation in international, multilingual environments. She specializes in sustainability communications, reporting and web writing, supporting large French and Swiss clients with B2B communications.

Becky joined Hollis & Bean as an Editorial Project Manager in 2021 after three years at a large translation agency. With a degree in English Language and Linguistics from the University of York, her career includes experience in publishing and education – in Oxford, Bangkok and London. She supports clients in the financial services and certification industries with written and visual content for web, social media and print.

Bean joined Hollis & Bean in 2018. She specializes in snoozing and snoring and occasionally makes active contributions to client meetings.
