🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

As a Talent Acquisition Manager dedicated to our engineering and product teams, you will report to the CPTO and you will work closely with the HR team to execute our challenging hiring plan.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

  • Work closely with the CPTO, our Engineering leads and our PO/PM  to execute our 2024/2025 hiring plan
  • Find the best product (PO/PM) and tech (front / back end engineers, devops and QA candidates) via different job boards & direct sourcing methods
  • Drives full-cycle recruiting: proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions related to Tech and Product roles
  • Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
  • Prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
  • Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
  • Ensure we maintain a very high standard of candidate experience
  • Contribute to improve our internal hiring process, tools & reportings
  • Propose, lead and contribute to projects that improve our referral and direct candidate ratios (referral projects, recruiting events, employer branding..etc)
  • Contribute to develop Hivebrite as a "brand" to attract more and more tech high talents

    🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3 years minimum of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates (on tech & product profiles) in a recruitment agency OR directly for a tech company
  • You are well organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize
  • You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • You have strong listening skills, intuition and empathy
  • You are curious, eager to learn and want to gain responsibilities
  • You have some great analytical and organizational skills
  • You are data driven, and love to use them to improve your work
  • You speak french & english, and want to work in an international environment

  • A 45 min video-call with Sergiu, our VP Engineering to go deeper on the job description and for you to understand the expectations of the role
  • A 1h video-call with Mélodie, our Senior HR Manager, and Clémence, our VP People for a business case
  • A 30 minutes visio-call with Tarek our CPTO
  • 🚀 Our recruitment process lasts max 15 working days and we can deliver an offer 48 hours after the final interview
