Team motto: Paranoia is a skill!

We’re a team called Security Consulting which is responsible for IT security, IT governance and other standard policies. Right now, we’re looking for skilled Senior Security Consultant, who was impressed by our motto and sees it the same way. Our team consists of six experienced specialists, who are willing to share their knowledge and give helping hand. Heidelberg Materials Digital Hub Brno as internal IT hub provides a lot of data, and we’re guards of its security.

Technology Stack

We work with fancy technologies and market-leaders partners, but you can’t know until you part of our team because it is secret!

What will you do

Biggest portion of work is related to consultancy and security Assessments of various services, products, software, and cloud services.
Main focus will be on OT Security and support of IT/OT Convergence programme.
Be part and manage thrilling and intense but also interesting Security Incidents… and make sure learn from them and improve!
Part of the job will be also maintenance of necessary papers, standards, policies and their revisions.
We are not alone and closely cooperate with other HDigital and non-IT departments – we need them same way as they need us
GDPR is also a thing so we work closely with our Group DPO team.
Yeah and we can’t forget our external partners so cooperation with them can’t be skipped

You are an ideal candidate, if you are:

·         Paranoid :-)

·         Have brought knowledge about Cyber Security

·         Have understanding and experience with OT environment.

·         Good overview about current threats and trends

·         Willingness and ability to learn constantly.

·         Ability to speak, listen, discuss, negotiate, lead meeting and write in English

What is beneficial:

·         Experience in Cyber Security position or position with responsibilities in that area

·         Security Certification (CISSP and others)
