After 7 years working in Marketing for baby and child brands in the food industry, Julie joined the H&H family in 2017 to lead the launch of Biostime on the French market.

As Brand Manager for this new infant nutrition player, Julie build the strategy to conquer various distribution channels. She develops the communication for health professionals and the general public. She also delivers trainings on child nutrition to the headquarter and the field teams.

She is now assisted by a Product Manager and a Medical Manager dedicated to healthcare professionals, in order to accelerate the growth of Biostime.

Pauline began her career in a consumer goods group where she regularly evolves in various professions and categories of products. She has several experiences in marketing, category management and as a field sales representative. After 5 years in FMCG industry, she decided to give a new twist to her career to discover the pharmacy circuit and joined H&H Group in November 2019 with the aim of creating a category management unit. Today, she is in charge of building the commercial and category strategy for all the brands in the portfolio: she defines promotional, merchandising, and product range policies for all distribution channels.

Clément began his career as a digital project manager for Eastern European countries in a cosmetics company. He then moved on to become an international digital manager in charge of digital and e-commerce development in 40 countries. In October 2019, Clément joined H&H Group as Digital Manager France, looking for new challenges in a fast-growing environment. Working on several brands within the marketing team, his objective is to develop the Group's digital activities in France. He works especially on e-commerce website deployment projects or digital media plans.

After practicing high level sport in Rowing for several years, Auguste started his career in 2011 in the retail sector. He has held the positions of Business Analyst and Purchasing Manager for the non-food products. In 2017, he joined Good Goût adventure as Key Account Manager to develop the commercial strategy.

Since 2020, he was appointed National Account Director at Good Goût in order to continue the deployment of the commercial strategy. He defines the commercial policy and also organizes the construction and negotiation of the business plans with a team of 5 people that he manages.

Cécile obtained her degree in Food and Health Engineering in 2018 and did her final internship at Good Goût in 2018 in Communication. She had been offered a permanent position at Good Goût as Communication Project Manager following her internship.

As Communication Project Manager, she is the leader of internal and external communication with our online communities and detects the latest trends in the digital world.

Today, she works hand in hand with the Communication Manager and the Communication intern.
