After 3 years as sales staff in the automobile industry, Gilles was integrated into our Boost program, which encourages recruitment based on personality. Today he is the sales manager in our packaging subsidiary Agriplas-Sotralentz.
His mission: prospect new clients and develop existing client portfolios.
After several years of experience in textile and agro-food quality, Aurélie joined the Group in 2015 as a quality assurance manager. She worked on a number of transversal missions and is also a project manager.
Her mission: implement and ensure the continued development of quality management systems as well as CSR processes within our subsidiary Nuwen on the international perimeter.
After several years as the web department manager in a press agency, Yoann became part of the Group in 2012 as a web developer. He progressed through several posts and is currently responsible for our Digital Transformation team.
His mission: assist the Group’s subsidiaries by suggesting appropriate solutions, either with partners or internally.
Following 7 years of experience in an auditing firm, Jennifer joined the Groupe in 2017 as an international financial controller in one of our subsidiaries. She is currently the policy officer for the Groupe’s Accounting Department.
Her mission: implement and monitor projects to improve accounting processes as well as creating management analyses and specific assessments for the department.
After 9 years in research and development in the plant and animal nutrition sector, Nicolas became part of the Group in 2010 as a development engineer. Today he is in charge of developing plant production at CMI Roullier.
His mission: to ensure that the Group’s resources converge in order to contribute to the agriculture of tomorrow.
