Titulaire d'un BTS assistant de manager et d'un Bachelor en management hôtelier, j'ai intégré Phone Régie en 2017 en qualité d'hôtesse d'accueil en entreprise puis au poste d'hôtesse d'accueil multisite.

Mes journées étaient rythmées par des déplacements professionnels pour pallier les remplacements des hôtes et hôtesses d'accueil pour un portefeuille d'entreprise.

Cette expérience riche tant professionnellement que personnellement m'a permis d'appréhender les attentes de nos clients, d'accompagner des nouveaux collaborateurs et d'apporter des solutions aux différentes problématiques rencontrées. J'occupe aujourd'hui le poste de chargée de recrutement depuis 2021.

Après avoir travaillé pendant une dizaine d'années dans le secteur de la blanchisserie industrielle, j'ai intégré Phone Régie en 2019. Fort de mes expériences commerciales, managériales et opérationnelles, j'ai pu mettre à profit mes compétences en tant que responsable de comptes.

Aujourd'hui, j'interviens essentiellement sur la fidélisation de mes différents clients et le management de mon équipe.

Après un Master 2 en vente et management commercial, j'ai intégré le groupe Sodexo, l'un des leaders du Facility Management. Durant 5 ans, j'ai pu évoluer sur des postes de responsable d'exploitation puis directrice de site Facility Management.

Cela m'a permis de bien appréhender le milieu du Facility Management et d'acquérir des solides compétences en management. J'ai ensuite souhaité retrouver mes fonctions commerciales et j'ai donc intégré le groupe Armonia en 2017 au service commercial.

Issu de la logistique, je suis arrivé dans les métiers de services via le Facility Management en 1997. Un détour de plusieurs années par les territoires d'outre-mer m'a permis de développer des compétences de pilotage de travaux et de direction d'équipes de maintenance et d'entretien mais aussi de suivre des projets d'envergure.

A partir de 2012, de retour en métropole je suis arrivé chez Facilitess pour occuper un poste de Responsable de Site sur un contrat d'environ 2,5 millions € puis j'ai eu la chance de rejoindre les équipes de structure au siège en tant que Responsable de Comptes.

Forte d'une expérience de 14 ans au sein du groupe Armonia, j'ai eu la chance d'évoluer au sein de différentes marques : l'accueil en entreprise avec Phone Régie, l'accueil événementiel et culturel avec Muséa ainsi que les activités du pôle Workplace.

J'ai pu exercer différents métiers dans des services de production, d'exploitation et de ressources humaines qui m'ont permis d'acquérir des compétences très élargies en matière de gestion salariale et relation client dans le domaine de la prestation de services.

Après 10 ans dans le milieu du Datacenter, j’ai rejoint l’entreprise SteamO en 2015 pour intégrer l’activité du CEGE en tant que Building Manager. J'ai eu l'opportunité de piloter des contrats multi technique et de service comme la propreté, l'accueil et le gardiennage.

En 2021, je rejoins l’activité MTT de SteamO en tant que Responsable d’affaires avec pour mission la gestion du portefeuille du Multi-technique des sites postés.

Robin comes from the south of France, where he studied business and company management. He spent one of his student years in Sweden before coming back to France to join Sodexo's work- study programme as business development officer. He continues his business career within Highco Group (leader in promotional marketing). Since Quentin has always been atracted to challenges, he decides to join Armonia. As business manager for our southern region of France since 2018, Robin continues to take up commercial challenges surrounded by cicadas.

Stephanie studied marketing and communication. She did internships in the areas of event logistics and production management. She then gained managerial experience working for an event agency organising the International Car Show. Following this experience, she joined a world leading hospitality company, with a global vision of service delivery. In 2014, Stephanie becomes a Key Account Manager in Armonia, for our Phone Regie brand. She has been Customer Division Manager since 2018.

Quentin started his professional career in Armonia as mutlipurpose agent and multi site agent for our brand Facilitess. He held several empowering roles over the years and became assistant to the team leader and to the site manager. Quentin's management and customer experience led him to an account manager role, and then to a recruiting officer role. For the last 8 years, Quentin has continued to develop and to meet the requirements of the quality of service. He is in charge of Support Functions at Facilitess since 2020.

Julie developed rich and diverse experiences in the luxury hotel industry and hostess service.She has been challenging herself for the last 15 years in various demanding environments. In Canada in PVT, in Dubaï as a stewardess/flight attendant for the flight Company Emirates, and within the French Tennis Federation for the Rolland-Garros tournament. Her experience led her to hold commercial and operational positions.

Carlos studied labour relations. He joined Armonia's customer operations department in 2016, as an intern. During this internship, he distinguished himself by his managerial skills and relationships skills, leading him to his current role as Operations Coordinator in Armonia.

Victoria studied graphic design and publicity. She developped her own business and kept it for 7 years. She then continued her professional experience within several companies, working in the management field, assistantship and administration. Victoria joined Armonia in 2019 as a member of the host team. She was promoted manager of the operational teams in 2020 and she is since 2021 in charge of interim and placement centers.
