Qui sommes-nous ? Nous sommes Alex (CentraleSupélec), Antoine (ENSIMAG) et Grégory (ESTP). On a passé 3 ans ensemble chez Flatlooker, la première agence immobilière digitale de France, où on a construit leur produit interne de gestion.

On a vu ce qu'un bon outil peut changer : des gestionnaires qui gèrent efficacement sans se noyer dans les tâches administratives. En 2025, on veut rendre cette technologie accessible à toutes les agences.

Ce qu'on construit Rivage, c'est une comptabilité mandant 100% conforme + une automatisation poussée + un agent IA multicanal. Notre objectif : qu'un gestionnaire puisse gérer 3 à 5 fois plus de biens immobiliers sans dégrader la qualité de service, en automatisant les tâches répétitives et en libérant du temps pour la relation client.

Où on en est En 3 mois de commercialisation : 100k€ de revenus annuels récurrents, et une levée de fonds en cours. On construit la référence technologique de l'immobilier.

BrightHeart is at an exciting inflection point having secured all the necessary FDA clearances to commercialize our product in the US and already showing solid traction with high-profile commercial partners.
