Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱  Your responsibilities

• Own the orchestration of outbound and ABM flows using Cargo, coordinating sourcing, enrichment, and activation steps.
• Build and manage sourcing flows from Ocean.io, LoneScale, Albacross, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to fuel outbound with high-fit accounts.
• Set up and optimize enrichment workflows using Captain Data and LoneScale, enriching contacts and accounts with relevant firmographic and intent data.
• Generate targeted, ranked account lists for AEs and SDRs based on ICP fit and third-party intent signals.
• Create and maintain automation flows between the sourcing stack and HubSpot (our CRM) — ensuring accurate lead ingestion, scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
• Manage outbound activation through Lemlist, supporting personalized, multistep outreach sequences.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize targeting, lead flows, and campaign performance.
• Continuously monitor, improve, and troubleshoot GTM data flows to reduce manual work and maximize revenue efficiency.

🌱 Skills and competencies needed to succeed 

• 2+ years of experience in a technical GTM, growth ops, or ABM-focused role.
• Fluency in HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle stages.
• Experience stitching together GTM tools using APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
• You love working with data and using it to build scalable, efficient systems for sales and marketing
  
• You're 100% fluent in English. 
• You would describe yourself as being proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about reducing friction between systems and teams.

• Have experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
  Are familiar with tools like Zapier, Make, or light scripting in Python/JavaScript.
• Have launched or scaled ABM programs using intent-based targeting.
• Are fluent in French or other European languages.
