General Purpose 🌱

As Greenly grows to become the world’s leading carbon management platform, we are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with partners in the European market. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a friendly and entrepreneurial team where you can make a significant impact.

A Typical Day

  • Identify, Prospect, Prepare tailored partnership proposals and Onboard new partners

  • Own a portfolio of Greenly partners and act as the key representative for these partners

  • Execute a global win-win strategy for your portfolio that drives value to all parties and positions Greenly as a top strategic partner.

  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with executives and decision makers

  • Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic growth opportunities

  • Work with quarterly goals and measure success against performance KPIs

  • Educate partners on our product roadmap, and all significant product changes to accelerate feature adoption with the aim to excel our mutual guest experience

  • Conduct regular business reviews, QBRs and formal presentations for internal and external purposes

  • Manage projects contributing to structure/build/improve the partnership department

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, delivery and product team to activate the partnership program and reach your goals

Preferred experience

The profile we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Sales/Partnership role

  • World class account management experience with strong track record of successfully growing a book of business/geographic area and building enduring and successful client/partner relationships

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, legal, marketing, sales operations and enablement teams

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry

  • Strong interest for climate & sustainability topics

  • Local Knowledge - you must have solid operating experience in Europe

  • Fluent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both French and English

  • Based in Paris
