Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team for a leave lasting 15 months. The role of the Product Marketing Specialist at Graitec involves developing product positioning strategies including products launch, messaging, loyalty strategies, customer journeys, and establishing Graitec as a thought leader in the industry. The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for lead generation strategies: campaigns, communication, tracking and reporting.  She/He creates engaging content to technically promote software solutions.  She/He actively participates in industry events to share insights, trends, and best practices. He plays a crucial role in driving product awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives. The specialist is responsible for identifying key industry players, forging partnerships, and actively participating in industry events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The responsibility is global and covers all the geographies where GRAITEC has a presence.

 

Strategic Positioning and messaging: Develop and execute product positioning strategies to establish a strong presence in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with overall company objectives. Collaborate with product management to understand product features and benefits, translating technical details into customer-centric messaging.

 

Content Creation: Develop marketing collateral, including product sheets, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate key messages. Create high-quality, engaging content that educates & informs the target audience: writing blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, webinars, web, and social content (SEO relevant), and other relevant content formats. Work collaboratively with external partners, industry experts, and influencers to create valuable content. This could include co-hosting webinars, writing guest blog posts, or participating in panel discussions to provide thought leadership and showcase GRAITEC software solutions.

 

Product Launch Strategy: Design and implement successful marketing campaigns. Participate to the development and execution of product launch strategies to maximize product awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

 

Lead Generation and Nurturing: Work closely with the sales and local marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

 

Presales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the GRAITEC organization to participate developing presales enablement materials, including product presentations, sales guides, and score cards. 

 

Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate relationships with satisfied customers to create customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies. Leverage these stories to showcase the value and benefits of Graitec products and solutions.

 

Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement: Research and identify, industry associations and organizations and key industry players such as influencers, experts, and organizations, who are relevant to GRAITEC software solutions. Understand their expertise and audience to determine potential partnership opportunities. Collaborate on joint initiatives, co-create content, or explore opportunities for cross-promotion to expand the reach and impact of GRAITEC software solutions.

 

Attend Industry Events: Identify relevant industry conferences, seminars, and events where GRAITEC software solutions target audience congregates. Secure speaking engagements or participate in panel discussions to share expertise, present case studies, and showcase the value of GRAITEC software solutions.  Help with logistics for local tradeshow coordination in collaboration with local marketing managers.

 

Performance Measurement and Reporting: Analyze tracking systems (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.,) for online marketing activities. Track and analyze key performance metrics with the support of the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights into management and recommendations for future strategies.

 

Market Research and Analysis: Contribute to market research analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions about product positioning, messaging, and content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Very significant experience in BtoB communication with proven success in delivering content for multi-channel campaigns and particularly in digital
  • Very significant experience of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook…) for promote B2B topics
  • High experience communicating complexity in a way that makes it accessible
  • Experience of creating communications for complex and innovative technological topics: white papers, articles, thought leadership…Experience of using research to influence and inform
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams (guidelines) and content localizations
  • Strong background in analytics and proficient to compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for making insightful recommendations

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Management of complex B2B communication and content strategy.
  • Knowledge of subscription business and software companies
  • Knowledge of graphic design software
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing/ Sales platform (asset)
Qualifications

Ability to address technical content and to present complex topics in accessible/marketing language.
