About the Team

The Technology Partnerships Team is hiring a Senior Platform Partner Manager in Toronto to own and expand our relationships with platform partners. In this role, you’ll work with some of the most influential players in the e-commerce ecosystem; such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Attentive, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and others, to drive growth through strategic, high-impact partnerships.

This is a revenue-focused role requiring a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage in-person with partners, attend industry events, and lead joint business development efforts. You’ll take the lead on deepening existing relationships and building new ones, all while aligning with internal teams to scale go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue and ARR growth through strategic partnerships with Shopify, BigCommerce, and other key platform partners.

  • Build and execute joint GTM strategies with these partners to ensure mutual business success.

  • Develop and refine our partner program, processes, and enablement materials to improve partner engagement and scalability.

  • Actively engage with partners in-person through events, dinners, and strategic onsite meetings.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, accelerate deals, and unlock new revenue streams.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to onboard new partner employees and drive strategic growth initiatives across North America.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or an external-facing role at a SaaS company (e.g., partnerships, sales, or customer success).

  • 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce ecosystem (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Recharge). Bonus if you have worked in a GTM role with Shopify directly.

  • A proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships or sales and executing successful GTM initiatives.

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PartnerStack.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in managing executive relationships.

  • Open to 25-30% travel, particularly to partner HQs and major e-commerce industry events across North America.
