About the Growth Operations team
The Growth Operations team is the owner of data for the entire Growth structure: Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Customer Success.Our core role is to ensure that data flows accurately and efficiently across all of these teams and the tools they use to maintain and improve our data stack. In addition to this, we build complex SQL models and perform data analysis to provide insightsThe Growth Ops team is also in charge of building data products that maximize each team's efficiency: lead qualification models, optimizing deal routing, predicting churn, automated lead enrichment & prospecting, etc. What You'll Do
Sync and integrate data between the tools our Growth teams useBuild complex ELT & ETL-based SQL models that can be utilized by downstream usersBuild automated workflows for the other Growth teams (using Hightouch, Zapier, Python)Build cloud functions using Python to automate processes for our Growth teams and unlock their full potential Create and monitor reporting dashboards for all teams, and conduct continuous data analyses to improve core processesConduct data analyses to provide insights on our place in the eCommerce tools market, build prediction models, and improve our reporting, as we base all of our strategic decisions on data.Develop the Growth Operations team to accompany the company growth: Growth Ops has a central role in empowering other teams and implementing valuable models to drive ARR and predict future ARR.Overall, this position requires very good data-management skills, as it calls for monitoring our growth stack data infrastructure.Who You Are
